Tiny "Frozen Charlotte" in original clothing

1" tall antique china doll was made in the early 1900's. Girls collected these tiny dolls and traded them as friendship tokens and found them as party favors baked into birthday cakes! Also known as "penny dolls", they are molded in one piece, legs and arms "frozen" to their bodies, making them a challenge to dress. This little one is dressed in the typical silk circle skirt and petticoat and black ribbon, but has an extra-special flounce in the back. She has no chips or breaks that I can see, making her an exceptional collectors item. Use her as a toy doll in your 1:12 or 1:24 scale setting or as a stand-alone collectible. I have added a removable stand to her feet and she is shown standing on a U. S. quarter.
