We design, remodel, repair and restore dollhouses and dollhouse furniture. Custom
commissions are welcome. You may find us here online, at our store, and at dollhouse miniature shows. We hope to relocate soon from Round Hill, Virginia to Rockland, Maine. Until then, the store will be open in Round Hill by "Chance or Appointment"; click on "About our Shop" for details..
Antique and Vintage Dollhouse Collectibles
The Studebaker Collection includes antique and vintage dollhouses, accessories, textiles and laces. Dollhouse furniture and accessories no longer in production such as Sonia Messer, Tootsietoy and Strombecker are sold.
Artisan Made Miniatures
Selections from past and present IGMA Artisans and quality miniature craftsmen are available. Scale silver, pottery, musical instruments, furniture, textiles, scrimshaw, and many other “really perfect” craftworks are offered. Let us know what dollhouse miniatures you are collecting, past or present, and we will find it for you!
“Studebaker Originals”
We design and craft scale houses and accessories. Bill Studebaker has been awarded Artisan status with the International Guild of Miniature Artisans for his working music boxes and inlaid furniture. He can work with you to create your dream house. Barbara Studebaker is known for her use of vintage materials in miniature quilts and curtains, accessories, and do-it-yourself kits. Attention is given to each detail of our wood and needlework. Looking for something unusual? Please ask! We enjoy customizing, and would be delighted to discuss individual commissions.
Restoration and Repair of Heirloom Dollhouse Miniatures
Archival restoration techniques can be used to repair your memories and restore your family heirlooms. We have recently completed the restoration of the Glen Burnie replica at the Museum of the Shenandoah in Winchester, Virginia. Please call to discuss possibilities.
